The Childcare Management ACS program is designed to train individuals working in the field of Early Childhood Education to take on management responsibilities in childcare services.

The program prepares graduates to manage the human, financial, and material resources required to operate a high-quality childcare service.

Designed for individuals working in CPEs, private daycares, and school-based childcare services, the program is also an excellent option for adults interested in pursuing a management career in the childcare sector.

Graduates are prepared to take on management and administrative responsibilities in a variety of childcare settings and to contribute to the effective operation and financial sustainability of the organizations they oversee.

Why choose this program?

Managing a childcare service requires more than administrative knowledge. Effective managers must be able to lead people, manage resources, communicate with families and staff, and ensure that the service operates in accordance with Quebec's laws and regulations.

  • Centres de la petite enfance (CPEs)
